I am a PhD student in petrology. I am currently carrying out synthesis experiments to produce synthetic host-inclusion pairs to be studied in the lab with the aim of validating elastic geobarometric methods.

I have been carrying out experiments by means of piston cylinder apparatus at high-pressure and high-temperaure at the eclogitic facies conditions to reproduce typical entrapment under lithostatic pressures.
